•    Your personal information is collected when you register for or create an account with Ascending Women, when you use Ascending Women’s services, when you order, purchase or redeem for goods or services from the Ascending Women program, when you visit Ascending Women’s pages or the pages of the participating Alliances, when you complete certain poll or survey or participate in promotional offers or contest and in connection with other activities or resources that we make available on this Website. The information about you that Ascending Women have may also be combined with the information obtained from the Alliances.
•    Ascending Women collects information from you such as your name, email address, mobile phone number, mailing address, postcode, birth date, home and office number including your identification card (I /C) number, credit card number, personal interests and other information that maybe requested from time to time.
•    Member’s transactions with Ascending Women and with our Alliances that includes information of your use and purchase of goods or services or subscriptions offered will be collected. Any of this information may be used by Ascending Women and also shared and/or used between Ascending Women and the Alliances for the following purpose but not limited to: conduct research and analysis; generate reports for internal or external clients and/or the Alliances; customize the advertising and relevant Content; fulfill user’s requests to provision for goods or services requested; improve Ascending Women and its Alliances’ services; communicate with or to contact the user; provide status to the user; promote benefits and special offers; conduct contests, create privileges for the users to further enjoy the Program and for other marketing purposes that include planning, product development and telemarketing promotions.
•    Ascending Women and the Alliance may use information about the goods or services that you have registered interests or have made purchases or services used to introduce or to update a database that you have already registered and we will be entitled to do this even if you leave the Program.
•    In addition, we may display targeted advertisements based on your personal information, interests or preferences. The advertiser will assume that you consent and meet the targeting criteria when you interact with or view a targeted advertisement.
•    Further, such information you enter in making a purchase may also be shared with necessary payment processors, financial gateways or credit card companies for the purpose of authorizing credit card payments.  

Disclosure and Information Sharing
•    Ascending Women does not share or release your personal information with other people or third-party marketers or non-affiliated companies except to process and provide goods or services that you have requested, unless specifically stated or in any of the following manner:

- Ascending Women share your information with our third party suppliers or contractors including those working on behalf of Ascending Women or other affiliated companies to send communications that Ascending Women believe you find of interest or about offers or targeted advertisements. We do not control the privacy policy of those third parties and you are subject to the privacy policies of those third parties, where applicable

•    Ascending Women may run contests and/or conduct knowledge sharing or learning experiences for user who have registered to the Program (the “Member”) to contribute. These programs will be publicly posted on the website and the winning Member(s) for the contest or selected contribution from the Member(s) agree for us to publish or post or use the Members’ information and any other material including photos, quotation or comments and etc. for Ascending Women’s publication, advertising and marketing purposes as stated in the Terms and Conditions of ‘Communications or Contributions to Ascending Women’ clause.

Security
•    The security of your personal information is important to us and we will take all reasonable steps against unauthorized access or disclosure. However, as you probably know transmission over the internet or electronic storage is not 100% secure. While Ascending Women strive to protect your personal information, we do not guarantee and you should not expect its absolute security.
•    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your email address and password including all activities taken or related to your membership account whether or not authorized by you. Therefore, if your password has been compromised or security has been breached, you are to notify Ascending Women immediately.  

Membership Access and Updates
•    Ascending Women endeavor to keep Member’s personal information accurate. You can view, amend or update your information at any time once you have signed-in using your username and password.  
•    In addition, when you register through this Website, we reserve the right to use your personal information of email address and postal address to send updates or notices either by email, phone, SMS or mail about new products, services, contests, promotions or other information that are considered part of your Ascending Women account. Ascending Women may also from time to time add new communication categories and Members may choose to “opt out” or unsubscribe to stop receiving these new categories or promotional email by following the procedures provided.

•    You will find information, advertising or other content on this Website linking to the websites of our Alliances, advertisers, sponsors, affiliates or other third parties. Ascending Women do not control the contents or links of these websites which may have their own privacy policies or practices. As such, we assume no responsibility or liability for the privacy policies or the content of these third party linked websites. You access them at your own risk. Therefore, please review the privacy policies or practices of any third party websites prior to providing any of your personal information.     

General
•    A Member’s personal information and/or data from closed or deactivated membership are retained by Ascending Women until the Member formally requests to erase the personal information from our database.
•    Ascending Women reserves the right to modify, update or change this policy at our discretion at any time, which is effective immediately upon posting onto this website and your continued use of this Website following any change signifies your acceptance to those changes in the Policy.
