At Ascending Women, we believe your story is sacred. We are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This policy outlines how we handle your data with integrity and transparency.
2. Information We Collect
Personal Data: We collect your name, mailing address, and email address when you join The Circle, apply for a Mastermind, or book an Alignment Call.
Payment Information: Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe and PayPal. Erin Campbell/Ascending Women does not store or see your full credit card numbers or bank account details.
Engagement Data: We may collect data on how you interact with our emails or community platform to improve the "Sanctum" experience.
3. Confidentiality & Group Recordings
The Sanctum Rule: We uphold a strict confidentiality agreement within our group containers. What is shared in live sessions stays within that specific group.
Recordings: Private 1:1 sessions are recorded solely for the client's personal use and integration. Group sessions (The Circle, Mastermind) are recorded for members of that specific container to view if they cannot attend live. By participating, you consent to being recorded within that private environment.
4. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share data with trusted service providers (like Stripe, PayPal, or our community hosting platform) strictly to deliver our services to you.
Terms & Conditions: Ascending Women
1. Nature of the Relationship
Ascending Women, led by Erin Campbell, provides intuitive mentorship, nervous system support, and integration tools.
Non-Professional Advice: These services are not a substitute for professional mental health care, medical advice, or legal advice.
No CPA Services: While Erin Campbell is a CPA, she is not providing accounting, tax, or financial advisory services through Ascending Women. No accountant-client relationship is formed by participating in these programs.
2. Payment & Membership Terms
Payment Processors: All transactions are processed through Stripe or PayPal.
The Circle (Monthly): If you joined at the Founders Rate ($77/mo), you lock in that rate for the life of your continuous membership. If you cancel and rejoin, current market rates will apply.
Cancellations: Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time via your account settings. To avoid the next billing cycle, please cancel at least 3 days prior to your renewal date.
Annual & High-Level Containers: Annual memberships, Masterminds, and Private Mentorship payments are non-refundable once the container has commenced, as these placements are limited and high-proximity.
Refund & Cancellation Policy: After attending your first Circle Gathering or Mastermind session, you may request a full refund by emailing [email protected] within 48 hours of that session.
Refund requests submitted after this 48-hour window will not be eligible for reimbursement.
Access & Membership Cancellation
If a refund is approved:
Your membership will be immediately cancelled. Access to The Circle community, recordings, workshops, and all associated materials will be removed. Any future scheduled payments will be voided. This policy allows you to experience the space before committing, while also protecting the integrity of the community container.
Ongoing Membership
All memberships are billed on either an annual or month-to-month basis unless otherwise stated.
You may cancel your membership at any time prior to your next billing date to avoid future charges.
Once a billing cycle has begun, charges for that period are non-refundable.
Important Notes
This guarantee applies only to your first month of participation. Refunds are limited to one per person. Participation beyond the first session indicates continued consent and enrolment. Ascending Women is built on trust, choice, and personal sovereignty. We invite you to join because it feels aligned - not because you feel obligated.
3. Community Conduct
To protect the energetic frequency of our containers, all members agree to the Community Agreements (Witnessing over Fixing, Soul-Led Privacy, No-Performance). Ascending Women reserves the right to remove any member who violates these agreements or disrupts the safety of the space without a refund.
4. Intellectual Property
All meditations, clearing rituals, PDFs, and recorded content provided to you or through The Circle platform are the property of Erin Campbell. These are for your individual, personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
