The Circle exists to help you move through change with steadiness, support, and self-trust - not pressure.

A monthly membership and community space for women navigating identity change - supported through grounding, reflection, and integration.

Once a week, we meet to explore the monthly theme. Sessions are recorded.
What it is
A weekly live gathering designed to help you slow down, regulate, and integrate what life is moving through you - in real time.
These sessions are not lectures or coaching calls.
They are a consistent place to land.
What to expect
Each gathering includes gentle grounding to settle your nervous system, guided reflection or inquiry connected to the current theme, shared space to process, witness, or simply listen, and integration prompts you can carry into the week.
You are never required to speak.
You are never put on the spot.
Presence is enough.
All sessions are recorded and available if you can’t attend live - so you can return to them when your body needs support.
Why this matters
Consistency is what teaches the nervous system safety.
These weekly gatherings create emotional steadiness a sense of rhythm during transition, relief from holding everything alone, a place where you don’t need to explain yourself.
This is where grounding becomes a lived experience - not a concept.
In place of one weekly Circle gathering, we meet for a dedicated workshop focused on grounding your internal shifts into your daily reality in a theme that supports returning to self, the in-between, releasing roles that kept you safe, nervous system safety and self trust, etc.
What it is
A deeper monthly teaching and integration session focused on one core theme related to identity, self-trust, boundaries, worth, visibility, or becoming.
This is where we gently explore what’s underneath the patterns - without rushing change or forcing insight.
What to expect
Each workshop blends grounded teaching (clear, simple, embodied),
nervous-system-aware reflection, guided practices for release and integration, and journaling or inquiry you can return to over time.
The focus is not “fixing” yourself -
it’s understanding what’s shifting and learning how to live from it.
Workshops are live and recorded, so you can revisit them as many times as you need.
Why this matters
Insight without integration doesn’t last.
These workshops help you make sense of what you’re experiencing,
deepen self-trust, recognize identity shifts without fear, and move forward without pressure.
This is where awareness becomes embodied.
We meet weekly to move through a monthly theme - not as a class to study, but as a space to breathe.
What it is
A private, moderated community space shared with women in similar seasons of transition.
This is not a comparison space.
It’s not performative.
It’s not noisy.
It’s a place for shared integration.
What to expect
Inside the community, you’ll find
women who understand what it means to outgrow old identities,
gentle prompts and reflections,
space to share or simply witness,
support without advice-giving or fixing.
You’re not asked to be “positive,” “high-vibe,” or inspirational here.
You’re allowed to be real.
Why this matters
Transition can feel isolating - especially when the people around you don’t fully understand what’s changing.
Belonging during transition reduces self-doubt, soothes the nervous system, reminds you you’re not alone, and creates safety for growth.
Here, you’re witnessed - not corrected.
You don't need to find time for self-reflection on your own. We work through specific prompts together during the call, inviting discussion and quiet insight as it arises.
What it is
Weekly prompts designed to support nervous-system-safe integration between sessions.
These are not homework.
They’re invitations.
What to expect
Prompts may include: reflection questions, body-based inquiries,
identity-focused journaling, and
gentle check-ins with yourself
You can engage at your own pace - or not at all.
Why this matters
Change doesn’t happen only in sessions.
These prompts help you stay connected to yourself, notice patterns without judgment, integrate insight into daily life, and build trust in your own inner guidance.
What it is
Self-paced access to foundational teachings supporting self-trust, embodied clarity, identity evolution, and decision-making from alignment.
This content is designed to support you whether you’re new to this work or deepening it.
Why this matters
It gives you language and understanding you can return to - without overwhelm.
What it is
The Circle is a membership for women who want to navigate change with steadiness during their season of becoming.
The Circle isn’t about doing more work on yourself.
It’s about slowing down, feeling steadier, trusting yourself again, integrating who you’re becoming, and being supported without pressure.
Why this matters
You don’t need to attend everything.
You don’t need to keep up.
Nothing expires.
You arrive.
You participate as you’re able.
And the support remains.

You might be here because...
You feel differently lately, even if nothing "big" has changed.

Your sensitivity has increased.
Your old routines don’t land the same way.
Relationships feel different - even close ones.
You’re functioning, but not fully at home in yourself.
You may not be able to explain it - only feel it.
You may be wondering...
“Why do I feel this way when my life looks fine?”
“Why can’t I go back to who I used to be?”
“Why does pushing through feel harder than it used to?”
“Why do I feel like I’m in-between everything?”
Nothing is wrong with you.
Something is reorganizing.
Pushing yourself to regain motivation.
Thinking your way into clarity.
Consuming more content or self-help.
Telling yourself to be grateful and move on.
But instead of feeling clearer, you feel more tired.
Because this season doesn’t respond to effort.
It responds to safety.
There was a time when my life looked steady on the outside - capable, successful, reliable - while something inside me was quietly shifting.
I didn’t need more answers.
I needed space to slow down and listen.
What I discovered changed everything.
It came from understanding that identity change requires:
• grounding before clarity
• support before insight
• integration instead of urgency
That’s when things began to soften.
That’s when self-trust returned.

The shift didn't come from fixing myself.
It came from understanding that identity change requires:
• grounding before clarity
• support before insight
• integration instead of urgency
That’s when things began to soften.
That’s when self-trust returned.
Inside this space, women often experience...
Inside The Circle, we begin by creating safety in the nervous system.
When your system feels safer, everything changes.
Emotional steadiness doesn’t mean you stop feeling -
it means your feelings stop running the show.
Women often notice:
• fewer emotional spikes
• less internal urgency
• a calmer baseline
• reduced overwhelm
• an increased sense of inner grounding
This is where clarity begins - not from forcing answers, but from settling the body enough to hear yourself again.
A regulated nervous system creates space for insight to land gently instead of crashing in all at once.
When you’re in transition, decisions can feel heavy. You might second-guess yourself. Overthink every option. Wait for certainty that never quite arrives.
Inside The Circle, clarity isn’t pushed - it emerges.
As grounding and integration deepen, many women experience:
• stronger internal signals
• clearer “yes” and “no” sensations
• less dependence on external validation
• increased trust in their own timing
• relief from needing to figure everything out immediately
This is what self-trust looks like in real life.
Not certainty - but confidence in your ability to respond to yourself honestly, moment by moment.
Identity change can feel lonely, especially when the people around you still relate to who you used to be. Inside The Circle, you’re surrounded by women in similar seasons of becoming.
Not to compare. Not to perform. Not to explain yourself.
Here, you’re witnessed.
Shared integration creates something powerful:
• a sense of relief
• emotional resonance
• permission to move slowly
• the feeling of being understood without over-explaining
Belonging during transition matters deeply to me - because this is the space I wished I had when my own identity was reorganizing.
You don’t need fixing here. You’re met exactly where you are.
This is the foundation of The Circle - a space built not around urgency, but around safety, integration, and trust.

The Circle is a monthly membership for women in seasons of identity transition, integration, or becoming.
It’s a grounded, supportive space where you can slow down, regulate your nervous system, deepen self-trust, and integrate change - without doing it alone.
This is not high-pressure coaching or performative healing.
It’s a place to land.

Monthly workshops go deeper into one core theme (identity, boundaries, self-trust, worth, integration, etc.).
They blend grounded teaching, reflection and inquiry, gentle release and integration practices.
Workshops are live and recorded, so you can revisit them anytime. Workshops occur the second week of the month, in place of the Circle gathering time.
The Circle is not therapy, and it does not replace mental health support.
It’s a facilitated integration space - grounded, reflective, and supportive - focused on nervous-system safety, self-trust, and lived integration.
If you’re in therapy or working with other practitioners, The Circle can complement that work beautifully.
There’s no required commitment.
Some women stay for a few months during a specific transition.
Others stay longer as an ongoing integration and support space.
You get to decide what feels right.
Weekly 60-minute gatherings are live, gently facilitated spaces that include, grounding and nervous-system settling, reflection connected to the current theme, shared witnessing and integration.
You are never required to speak.
You can simply listen and receive.
All sessions are recorded if you can’t attend live.
Live calls take place Thursday's at 8:00 PM EST. Recordings will be posted inside the Community within 24 hours.
