I am trained in multiple healing and integration modalities and continue to deepen my practice. While I incorporate BodyTalk-informed principles, I am not yet a certified BodyTalk practitioner.

These sessions are offered at a reduced rate of $66 CAD as I continue to expand this aspect of my work.

This price reflects both accessibility and integrity - allowing this work to remain grounded while honouring its depth.

Who This Is For

These sessions are especially supportive if you are navigating identity change or life transition, feeling emotionally or energetically overwhelmed, experiencing nervous system dysregulation, seeking clarity, grounding, or reconnection to yourself. You may be highly sensitive or intuitively aware, or in a season of personal or spiritual expansion.

Session Format

Sessions are currently offered remotely via video call. By phone is also an available option. Your system does not require physical proximity for energetic and nervous system work to be effective. Booking slots are for 60 minutes, however, the appointment may end earlier if all priorities are met during the session.

This is a gentle, stabilizing space where nothing needs to be forced, and your system is allowed to return to its natural balance.
